Skoolnix collects only the details you choose to send us through this website — to answer you and show you the software — and never sells them.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers skoolnix.com, its documentation and the public demo at sms.skoolnix.com. Data that a school keeps in its own Skoolnix installation belongs to that school and is covered by the school's own privacy policy and its agreement with us.
3. What we collect
- When you contact us or ask for a demo: your name, school name, role, phone number, e-mail and your message.
- When you use the demo: nothing personal is needed. The demo holds only made-up students and staff; please do not type real personal data into it. Demo data may be reset from time to time.
- Automatically: basic technical logs kept by our web host (IP address, browser, pages visited, time), used for security and to keep the site working.
4. Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange a demo or a quote, send information you asked for, and protect the website against misuse. We contact you only about Skoolnix and you can ask us to stop at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website and our e-mail (our web host and e-mail provider). We do not sell or rent your information or share it with advertisers.
6. Cookies
The website and demo use only the cookies needed to work, such as keeping you signed in to the demo. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our agreement with your school applies. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, withdraw your consent to being contacted, and name someone to act for you. E-mail us and we will reply within 7 working days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
